Plans change - here's how cancellations work on Kennl. Simple, fair, and the same for every booking.
Free cancellation - 7+ days before
Cancel at least 7 days before your booking starts and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Partial refund - 3 to 7 days before
Cancel between 3 and 7 days before your booking starts and you'll receive a 50% refund. The sitter keeps the remaining 50% to cover the held dates.
No refund - less than 3 days before
Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. Your sitter has set aside time for your pet.
If your sitter cancels
If a sitter cancels for any reason, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. We'll do our best to help you find an alternative — but we recommend booking early so you have options.
